ShippingWe do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (pending credit card authorization and verification). Shipping occurs Monday-Friday excluding holidays. If for any reason, an order cannot be shipped complete within 3-4 business days, we will notify you as soon as possible.
With standard ground shipping, and, whenever free ground shipping is offered, you should receive your order within approximately 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) after your order ships and we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
NOTE: UPS & FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All P.O. Box orders must be shipped via USPS (no 2-Day shipping to P.O. Boxes).
We currently cannot accept orders from or ship orders to US Territories, APO/FPO, and International addresses.
*In case of lost package, please contact us within 30 days of the order date. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
