Trace Details values its customers and respects their privacy. When you place an order, we use your personal information to process your order and send you information about your order (i.e. order status & tracking information). We may also use the information collected to contact you if we have questions regarding your purchase. Customer information collected during the secure checkout process is used only for the purpose of processing orders and returns. This information is kept confidential under secure conditions, with limited multiple layer password only access, for a limited amount of time. Customer financial information is never stored in paper form or on any computer hard drive. This information never leaves the secure server, were it is automatically deleted 30 days after the order date.
We do record and store, for more than 30 days, personally identifiable information of individuals who violate our store policies, and whose conduct violates the law or is harmful to interests of this company. This information is well-protected by limited password access and is used only to guard against possible future fraudulent or illegal activity. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, email address, and phone number.
When you inquire about a product and we collect information about you over the phone, with the use of a feedback form, or when you contact us by email, we use the information collected only to respond to your inquiry. Promotional Communications:
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. All customers are required to "opt-in" (by joining our mailing list) to be able to receive promotional information.
Our promotional mailings usually consist of notifications about special offers, new arrivals, and contest or giveaways. This information is sent, on average, twice per month.
If by chance you are receiving unsolicited emails, or if you later decide you no longer want to be a part of our mailing list, simply let us know by sending an email to mailinglist@tracedetails.com.
Simply email us from the email address you want removed and type "REMOVE" in the subject line. You may also use the "unsubscribe" link in the last email you received.
*Even if your name is removed from our mailing list, as long as you continue to purchase from us, we will still need to confirm your order, send shipping information, and resolve any issues concerning your order, by e-mail or other means.
