ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Q: How can I order?
A: For fastest service, order securely online. You may also mail or fax your order (note: advertised promotions & special offers may not be valid on orders submitted by mail or fax). Download order form here.

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: We currently cannot accept orders from, or, ship orders to: US Territories, APO/FPO and International addresses.

Q: What are my payment choices?
A: We currently accept major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover. Secure information is transmitted using 128-bit encryption, the highest standard, for ultimate online security. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks for all mail orders. For Google Checkout purchases, please contact us.

Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Your credit card is charged when your order is packed and ready to ship.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax on all shipments to New Jersey.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Check the "availability" status on the item(s) you would like to order. Most orders received by 4pm EST will ship on the same business day (pending credit card verification). However, please allow at least 1 business day for your order to ship. If your order cannot be shipped within 2 business days, we will notify you by email.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You may use the tracking information sent in your order confirmation email to track your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Yes. Simply call customer service at 1.888.292.8856 or forward a copy of your order confirmation email to customer_service@tracedetails.com and write "ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line. We can cancel any order that has not entered the shipping process.

Q: What about out of stock items?
A: If an item is out of stock, but still listed in our online catalog, you will not be able to add it to your shopping cart. In the unlikely event that you placed an order for an item we later discover is unavailable, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Q: I placed an order but it never shipped. What happened?
A: To ensure prompt service, enter all your billing information during checkout exactly as it is on file with your credit card company. Take a moment to review this information on the secure "order review" page to make sure it is accurate. Inaccurate billing information will prevent final verification and will cause your order to be delayed, rejected, or later canceled.

Q: Does Trace Details accept wholesale orders?
A: No.

Q: Can my order be gift wrapped?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not provide gift wrapping services.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept returns of unused merchandise(except clearance items)within 30 days of the order ship date, no questions asked. The deadline for return is printed on the back of every receipt. When returning merchandise that is in original condition, no advance notice is required. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Except in the instance where we have made an error, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: Will Trace Details pay for returns?
A:Unless an order was incorrect or damaged in transit, customer is responsible for cost of return.

Q: How do I obtain a copy of my receipt/invoice?
A: For a copy of your sales receipt send an email that includes your (3 digit order# if available), name, and email address used when the purchase was made to customer_service@tracedetails.com.

Q: How long does it take to process returns?
A: Please allow 2-7 business days after we receive your shipment for your return to be processed. You can use the tracking information you received in your confirmation email to track the status of your return. You will also receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

COMMUNICATIONS

Q:What is your policy on email/promotional communications?
A: We require your permission to send you email alerts and any other promotional communications. This means you must sign up ("opt-in") to receive email alerts from us. We send email alerts about new arrivals and promotions, on average, twice per month. If by chance you are receiving unwanted emails, or you no longer want to receive email alerts, simply opt-out.
